Note: There is a full set of stairs leading to the classroom. Chairs are provided for those who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. The moves are easily adapted to the seated position.

Lisa Bouchard, LMT, LAc is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of MassageCraft & Acupuncture Clinic. She has been a certified Medical Qi Gong practitioner since 2016. She has been a certified Qi Gong instructor through Community Awake with instructor Francesco Garri Garripoli since 2021.

(Veterans Affairs credentialed) Lisa, owner of MassageCraft, received diplomas in clinical studies and research from the College d’Etudes Osteopathiques in Montreal in 2016. In 2001 she earned her master’s degree in acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture. Her 30 plus year career in bodywork began in 1991 when she completed diplomas in both Shiatsu and therapeutic massage at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.

Lisa blends acupuncture and manual therapies to help you resolve musculoskeletal pain; manage systemic conditions and stress; and recover your vitality. Sessions include postural, occupational, and lifestyle suggestions to sustain the benefits of treatment.

Keri-ann has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She has spent most of her massage career working in chiropractic settings. Her specialty is deep tissue, injury specific work - a perfect complement to acupuncture.

Previously, Keri-ann spent many years working as an endoscopy technician. Her experience in the medical field and her expertise as a massage therapist make her an excellent addition to our team.

Katherine (Katie) LaGassie is a licensed acupuncturist, and nationally certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, which includes both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She is also licensed in Custom-Made Chinese Herbal formulation. Katie holds a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Recently, she completed a 7-month Western Herbal Apprenticeship and is undergoing a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with double minors in Biology and Integrative & Holistic Health from the University of Southern Maine. She was also trained as a Kundali and Usui Reiki Master, as well as a Qi Gong facilitator.

As a partner in your health journey, Katie will help you achieve optimal wellness through cultivating harmony between the mind, body, spirit, and nature. Inspired by her own chronic health journey, she is committed to helping you discover the hope, balance, and empowerment that extends beyond the confines of a cure.

Rebekah is a licensed acupuncturist in the states of Maine and New York, and nationally certified with NCCAOM. She earned a Masters of Science from TriState College of Acupuncture and a certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Chuzhen Institute. Rebekah is also certified in Battlefield Acupuncture and the NADA protocol - Auricular practices for pain and trauma.
